For anyone already qualified, did you go City & Guilds, NVQ, or both? Trying to work out the best route while I am still deciding. Any regrets?
Did my C&G then the NVQ on site for the AM2. You will likely need both to get fully qualified as a sparky anyway.
Gas is a bit different, went for the managed learning programme plus portfolio. Worth checking what your specific trade needs.
NVQ suited me because I was already working. Assessor comes to site, you build a portfolio. Less classroom.
