Booking a Trades Training Course with us
Hopefully the information on our website has helped you decide which course is for you. But if you are uncertain just give us a call or pop in to see our training centre for yourself. You can also book a taster session, we will be more than happy to see you and answer any questions you have.
Booking is easy - please call or email us for course dates. There is no amount of notice needed for booking but please note that class sizes are small and can book up quickly.We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have dates in mind. You can then book your course easily over the phone.
We will send you booking confirmation and joining information.
We are a small centre with limited spaces on each course, please only book when you are certain you want to undertake the course.
To book a course space we require a strictly non-refundable deposit of around 20% (please see our brochure/price list for exact amount).
Payment for the course balance must be paid 14 days before your start date and we will contact you then to take payment. Please make sure that you are available to make payment that day. In cases of non-payment, the course space will be offered to someone else.
Payment can be made by card over the phone. BACS payments can be made where a card is not available. We can accept cash but this must be handed into our office 14 days before the start date. We don't accept cheques.
If you are receiving funding for your course, please contact us to discuss. We may need to speak to the funding provider before confirming course dates.
It will not normally be possible to cancel a course within 14 days of the course start date. At that stage we will have allocated resources to the course and it may not be possible for us to fill the space. Course changes can sometimes be accommodated depending on course availability.
