This course is an introductory course allowing you to gain a basic understanding of plumbing with a view to taking on small projects. You will learn aspects of pipe work from working with copper (bending and soldering) to working with compression and push fit fittings and associated waste fittings. You will learn how to plumb in a bathroom taking into account any obstacles or restrictions from existing supplies and fit a new suite safely and professionally. Fault finding is also covered on this course.

Repairs to toilet flushing problems
Repairs to dripping taps and ballcocks
This course will give you a basic understanding of common domestic plumbing systems found in most properties. We use a mix of practical and theory exercises to deliver this course.
