LEARNING THE ART OF VENETIAN PLASTERING: IN VENICE!🎨

We're thrilled to share some exciting news from Antony and Rob, our plastering experts here at Trades Training School. They recently took off on a learning escapade to Italy, and we're buzzing to tell you all about it! 

Last month, Antony and Rob had the privilege of immersing themselves in the world of Venetian plastering at Stucco Italiano's Decorative Plasters Academy in Venice. Just a stone's throw away from the bustling canals! 

Our lads got hands-on with Marmorino, Tadelakt, Travertino, and even had the chance to try Stucco Italiano’s latest creation, Pastellone. They spent their days working on sample boards and tackling full-size walls, all under the guidance of seasoned instructor Zeljiko Babic, and founder Giovanni Polistena. 

But it wasn't all work and no play. They had the chance to connect with fellow plastering pros from Whitson’s, Italiwalls and Platinum Plastering Services, sharing stories and techniques over cups of espresso. It was a truly enriching experience! 

Now, Antony and Rob are back, armed with newfound knowledge and techniques to share with us. We can't wait to see what they bring to the table!
