WALL & FLOOR TILING
I was very happy with the course. The instructor was very helpful. Personally i enjoyed the relaxed conditions within the centre. That each individual at different stages of development and training were treated equally. As i started a day later than the others I really appreciated that i was given the opportunity to fulfil fill the entire week at a time convenient for myself.

I have just finished what I regard as the best two weeks of training to become a tiler with the Trades Training School. I have learnt so much about planning out jobs, box work, tanking systems, under floor heating, pricing jobs, marketing myself and tiling. The course is designed to make you stand out from the crowd and give you the confidence to tackle any job. If you are thinking about becoming a tiler book up with the trades training school.

I really enjoyed the laid back manner of the course. It was informative, I picked up a new skill, Antony the tutor was brilliant in his training and in how he treated the differing levels of students in the class. Thoroughly enjoyed every second of it.

I recently completed a 2 week course at the training school. I was invited up to view the training facility and to meet Antony who runs the school and was extremely impressed by the professional layout and structure which was set up.
I decided to do the 2 week course to begin and can honestly say it was the most worthwhile 2 weeks I’ve spent working in years, On leaving my first course there I was impressed in the fact that at any point they are happy to support you if you have questions or advice. These guys really care about training you and work very hard at doing so.

My first impression of the school and Antony was professional and friendly. All my questions were answered and it made the decision to train there very easy.Once on the course the training material was clear and easy to understand as was the actual training and guidance. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly which made the experience even more enjoyable, and all my questions were answered with no grey areas or uncertainty. Most importantly the training techniques taught on the course allowed me to tile with confidence. Since completing the course I have successfully started my own business as a Tiler. This would not have been possible without the outstanding training, information and support of Antony and all at the school. I would not hesitate to recommend Trades Training school to anyone.

I cant speak highly enough of the lads at the school. No time is wasted on this course. Great facilities, a brilliant atmosphere and guys who get you flying through the course and out the other end with a whole new set of skills ready to take on your first job.

The itinerary of the course was top class, and going into each new week my confidence was growing. I learnt 10 times more than I thought I would. The individual exercises in weeks one and two were brought together really well for weeks three and four, where I tiled a complete mock bathroom. The four week course has brought me from being a complete novice, to giving me the confidence and competence to approach tiling jobs in any sector of the industry.
I enjoyed all the individual lectures and demonstrations by the visiting reps and of course by yourselves. Thank you for your patience and your professionalism in getting me through the course, with plenty of laughs in a relaxed atmosphere.

Just finished my 4 week tiling course at the Trades Training School. I was impressed with how much I learnt in the 4 week period, especially the application appreciation lectures. The tutors were great and gave me loads of advice on getting work and pricing etc. I would recommend this course to anyone looking to start a tiling career.

I had never laid a tile in my life before. I went for a look around before starting and Antony showed me what to expect and also gave me advice on starting out on my own after leaving the services. The course brought me from being a complete novice to giving me the confidence to carry out my own jobs and I am now making a living in the tiling trade.

Ant's patience and expertise guided me through and I feel I have come on leaps and bounds with his help. Well worth the money and was pleased to know that phoning up after you have completed the course for a bit of guidance is not a problem, and have been on the phone a few times for a wee hint and tip since! Overall, I was delighted with the course and have recommended my friend to do it.

I liked everything from the organisation of before the course started right up until the end everything went smoothly and I enjoyed every moment. I was an apprentice tiler when i left school a few years ago and i came to trades training school to basically brush up my skills and the things i was taught at the school i didn't realise how much i didn't know or had forgotten. I would 100% recommend trades training school to anyone who is serious about a career change, even if you have some knowledge or absolutely no knowledge of the trade you wish to enter I'm sure you will leave the centre with confidence and even when you leave the centre the guys are still willing to help with any information you require I was there 4 weeks and was 100% confident on carrying out my own jobs which i did, and on completion of the course i walked in to a job which was initially 9 weeks worth of work self-employed and I've managed to get myself a full time job within the company, I take my hat off to Antony - he has very extensive knowledge within the tiling trade and he Is a credit to Trades Training School.
If you're looking to do tilling, plastering and Plumbing courses, I recommended you to go to trades training school, very experienced instructor, I done my tilling & diploma course over here. now I'm looking forward to my next course which is plastering.
